With Executive team coaching, I attend your meetings and/or seminars in order to provide feedback and coaching to create insight about what is holding your team back. This insight will provide a renewed opportunity to achieve the desired business goals and behavior changes.
Executive Team Development and Group Coaching will be tailored to you, and can last anywhere from one day to several days over a period of six to eight months.
