Format
In The Future Leader Academy you will enter a personal growth process together with other executives in groups of 6-12 people. The process is build on elements from personal Executive Coaching brought into a group context. The Future Leader Academy offers you the possibility to access tailored personal learning while sharing the experience with peers and building a lasting network.
You can either enter The Future Leader Academy as an already-established team from your organization, or you can sign up as an individual and participate in an open group. The open groups are confidential and composed of non-competing, like-minded leaders, across disciplines and sectors. (For more information contact helene@helenebjerg.com)
When entering The Future Leader Academy, you commit to attend 6-8 meetings/workshops over the course of a year, each of which will last for one day. The meetings may include a guest speaker or expert, and your group will work together on individual case studies of challenges and opportunities in your work-lives.
